How to Make a Complaint

Homeowners reviewing bathroom remodel plans in Woodside

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Causecontribute Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • How things went when you called or contacted Causecontribute Remodeling
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling job goes sideways, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what each side said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Causecontribute Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@causecontribute.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will email you to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
